Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations made within 48 hours before departure are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals. Arrival later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time is considered a no-show. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Czech Out Trips is not responsible for incorrect bookings made by the customer (including incorrect date, time, meeting point, or number of participants). Such bookings are non-refundable. Trips may be rescheduled or cancelled by the organizer due to severe weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. All times are based on the local time at the meeting point. By confirming the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
